Their phone service was bad and frontline was slow. The advantage is that their current account can start with $0 and no penalty through out as long per annum one transaction with account. I will close the account when FD matured. Nothing good that can hold me back from retaining account.

The service here is terrible. The staff are unprofessional and unfriendly. They don't make you feel welcome at all.
