Thank you very much to friendly staff (2 guys at about 6.55pm on 02.12.19 *counter 4* n the other guy not at the counter. *tall guy wearing spectacles*) that for helped me with my remittances to CHINA, for your opinion on the problem I have.
Less than 10 customer in bank but waited 1 hour and still counting. Very very very slow. Prob reason to withdraw most of my money. Keeping it as just a casual saving account.
24/May/2023, counter 1 staff is not professional at all. It takes her forever to finish the service with lots of unnecessary requests as well. It’s a unpleasant experience to a regular customer, especially compared with all the other branches I went before.

The staff at the bank were very helpful and friendly. I had a good experience with them.
