On 2 Feb 2023, I was about to cash out a bottle of clary sage and a bottle of bergamot geranium essential oil. I wanted to reconfirm my purchase, so I took the bergamot geranium essential oil to have a sniff. The essential oil bottle was not tightly closed and it spilled on my clothes. It was a mess and the staff did not handle the situation well. They did not offer to assist me in cleaning up or compensate for the damaged clothes. Terrible customer service.
