Great customer service. The team did wonders packaging my purchases when I was in a super hurry. Wonderful products - the massage oils are great.

Shop staff was so rude. She kept saying something to me maybe in Chinese but quickly left me once I said 'pardon?' in English. No clue on products & suspicious customer service level :(

Overall, I had a good experience at HYSSES. The initial impression of the store was pleasant, as it had a calming atmosphere and was nicely decorated.
