The previous positive rating was given upon the request of staff, prior to issuing of quotation and commencement of job. Staff was professional during pre-work assessment but job quality and deliverance was no where near as promised. We would need to redo whole work with a better organization. Not recommended and dissatisfied.

It was a pleasant experience to engage HVAC Engineering Services to handle the mold problem in my house. Mr Fazil and his team were very punctual for the appointment. Mr Fazil was very detailed in explaining the steps involved in the mold treatment process. The team did a thorough job in removing the mold and treating the affected areas. I am satisfied with their service and would recommend them to others.

I had a terrible experience with HVAC Engineering for their commercial cleaning service. The team was unprofessional and did not perform the job to my satisfaction. They left several areas dirty and did not clean them properly. I had to hire another cleaning service to fix their mistakes. I do not recommend HVAC Engineering for commercial cleaning.
