Bought the Hurom H200, and as I was new to this machine, I did a boo boo and caused the hopper to get stuck. I wrote an enquiry for help late at night and the very next morning, Kristine called. She was so calm and assuring and I decided to give it a second try. She guided me through the process again and assured me that if it gets stuck again, she will replace a new conatiner and trided training. Thank God, the juicer works well and I am so touched by the very good service rendered by Kristine. No matter how busy the business gets, personalized touch and assuring clients are so important to build relationships. Thanks again, Kristine.
The juicer itself H-AA Series does a good job. However, it gets stuck very often & needs significant force to unlock & clean. Also, within 3 years, I've had to go to the Service Centre twice to replace parts. I was told they cannot provide immediate replacement on the day and time of visit. They need time to assess the product / break down, confirm which parts will need replacement and order those parts. The service centre does not store replacement parts. I had to leave the juicer with the service centre for more than a week for assessment, had to wait another week for the parts to arrive. Roadshow usemuch better for original equipment.

Technician by the name of Henry contacted mW to arrange for parts replacement. Very thankful to Julie and Henry for such a prompt service response!
