Went to all of Boss’ shops around town but couldn’t find a vest and jacket of my color and managed to find a perfect one at the IMM outlet. However, I was surprised to find there was a gash in the jacket and called the shop who assigned me …
Service was bad. The 3 staff (2 male and 1 female Filipino) were judgmental, unwelcoming and lazy. The other couple in the store apart from us was also not attended to and the 3 staff were just standing around uninterested to assist customers. Clothes on display were also left crumpled.
Not holding onto many size options for the apparels. Just happen to be lucky that i could find mine. Service was okay, attentive enough with patience.
