I came around 11.55am and luckily was able to take the queue number myself without talking to the staff. The reception lounge is comfortable and there is free wifi. The staff at the counter was polite and efficient. Overall, a positive experience.

They have a Premier branch here but, ironically, there is only one staff handling Premier matters on the Saturday we visited. This resulted in a long wait time for me.
