Staff is not very attentive. Replies in short and that's it, walks away. Supposed to have wifi but claimed wifi is spoilt. …
Gave 1 Star to post this, would give ZERO if possible. Worst bank.. wait for 2.5 hrs to open an account & check their CS to be told having to wait another min. 1 to 2 hrs. Got tired of them, went next door to ICBC & got both my new Saving + Other accounts & ATM Card issued, all done in under 30mins.
Service is normal although I queued 2hours. It's the customers that are ridiculous with all sorts of funny demands and no empathy to service staff. …
