At Jurong East area, 3rd time encountering an ambulance siren on the extreme right 5th lane forcing us to give way to it (but ambulance did not turn right). We had to force our car into the left 4th lane going straight to let the ambulance go first.
Although we know we shouldn’t be calling 995 unnecessarily, my husband cut off the call after one ring but SCDF called back. Today, around 10am, we had to use the ambulance reluctantly due to my mobility and health conditions.
The SCDF team arrived promptly when my elderly mother had a fall at home. They were able to assess her condition quickly and provide the necessary medical care. May I also commend the paramedics for their professionalism and empathy during the entire process.
I am extremely grateful for the immediate response and assistance provided by SCDF when my son had an allergic reaction. The paramedics were efficient and reassuring throughout the entire experience.
