I helped my mom to book a appt 2 weeks ago regarding renting out bedroom matters. Today my mom was late for her appointment and left her phone at home. One of staff called me to get some information regarding the tenant and forward it thru …
If can give 0 star, I would give...poor customer service...won't recommend my niece to work here as will get juiced dry like sugarcane...only lazy people can survive here
Very slow and not organise . Just queueing for number take long time . Letter sent to me didn’t mention that can book the timing online . Need to be productive and to be clear to inform time slot booking when sending out notice .

Left hoping you realise what is inwt that letter. All to hear the your employee say can but in blocsk that say waiting time 3 years made me feel acknowledges
