Another terrible experience at this outlet. We have a booking of 1.5hr body massage for 2pax, 8:30pm today. To our dismay, only 1 masseur available when we reached! As per the counter staff (Kate), there were some miscommunications internally hence the service lapse!

Did a 90min Javanese massage here and it was so good! The masseur's technique is superb. Place is not the fanciest but it has authentic feel (makes me feel like I'm in Bali lol). Will come back again
