Hototogisu Ramen Premium Tanglin Mall reviews
Loved the ramen. The broth was flavourful, and there's depth to it. The noodles were al dente to my liking. Gyoza was one of the best I have ever tasted. The salmon teriyaki fillet of the rice set tasted so fresh and yummy, too. …
One of the better restaurants for Japanese ramen. The chicken karage is crispy and chunky. The pork belly slices were a little over done though, if they were less hard and softer the texture would have been great! Otherwise, the service is prompt but indifference attitude by staff. They could have done more to interact with customers.
Tried the Iberico Cha Shu Hamaguri Shio Truffle Ramen. I feel it is overpriced for its taste. It certainly is enjoyable, I don't find it worthwhile. …
