hoolah has gotten acquired by ShopBack and I can't tell which company the inefficiency lies with now. I was told by their customer support team back in Jul to make a manual full payment for a Zalora order because of an issue with the payment. I made the full payment, but their system still recognized it as an unpaid order. Now they want me to pay again. It's frustrating and confusing.
