I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from HomeBuddy. I placed an order for an item that I really needed, but when it arrived, it was not the item I ordered. The system indicated that the item had been delivered and picked up by me, which is completely incorrect. I have tried contacting HomeBuddy about this issue, but have not received a response.
