2nd purchase with Duncan! He is very friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time and the installers were very professional and even demo and taught us how to use the recliner and things we need to be careful of.
They will ask for review after installing and giving a five star rating. But i hold on to that and now decided to give a 1 star as their after sales failed to return my faulty table service and till now i'm waiting. Only 7 month of usage …
