they were prompt with enquiries and tried their best to allocate a nearer appointment time for me as i intended to move in asap. one of the window grills had some tarnishes which i spotted. they kindly offered to bring it back to fix it and was accepting and receptive of my minor complaint without being upset. good customer service!

We are very pleased with Jia Rong from the time he came to measure the house to the completion of the windows. Schedule was well planned and worked smoothly! There's no hidden cost: what he quoted was what the agreement was when measured. I highly recommend Home Windows n Grilles to our friends!
