Absolutely terrible - Would not recommend placing any orders online. Placed an order for a Brother tape based on their website availability - wanted it expedited and hence opted to self collect. Was told that the order will be ready to self collect at the Paya Lebar outlet after 4pm the next day. I made a special trip down only to be told that there has been a system issue and there is no stock available. What is the point of the system that shows availability but when you make the order, there is actually no stock? Hopefully Home n Office can come back with an explanation.Thereafter I managed to secure stock at another supplier direct. Seriously disappointed with Home n Office...
