Hokkaido Ramen - 北海道面 reviews
Rare and wonderful find in Bukit Timah Plaza. The heavy broth is a bit too salty for me (they did warn you in advance on the saltines) so I usually go for the Black Garlic Oil Ramen. Absolutely tasty! Staff is friendly and the place is cozy and clean. I'll definitely be back again!
Noodles are broken. Its a taboo. Gyoza generally taste ok. But seem from commercial brand.
Ordered seafood based on reviews. Taste was fine, better than most ramen restaurants. I liked fish slice and scallop, cooked perfectly. Shrimp was disappointing, not springy at all. Very clean environment and no gst and service change made it very reasonably priced. Would go back to try other variations.
