I brought my foreign relatives to purchase some tonic and health products today and they kindly asked to pack the products into plastic boxes as requested. However, the staff at Hockhua Tonic Herb shop rudely refused their request and insisted on using paper bags instead. It was completely unnecessary and embarrassing for my relatives. We felt discriminated against and disrespected. I will never step foot in this shop again.
