7 years after my last visit to HGS, I came back to the same shop to buy a new jacket and a watch cap. Aunty and uncle still look the same eagerly waiting for people to visit their humble shop. I had a pleasant shopping experience because I was able to find what I was looking for and the auntie was very helpful in assisting me with my choices. The uncle even gave me some tips on how to take care of my jacket. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend HGS to others.
Was initially hesitant to go to the shop after looking at past negative reviews but had a very pleasant shopping experience, the auntie and uncle were super knowledgeable and helpful. But with them being older folk they do take a while to attend to each customer so be prepared to wait. But they make up for it with their excellent customer service and genuine care for the customers. The jacket and watch cap I bought were of good quality and reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back to HGS for my future shopping needs.
