I had a terrible experience with HMLET Tiong Bahru Road Condominium rental agency. The power would often go out, there were water leaks from the old pipes, and the place was infested with cockroaches. The so-called member service was useless and didn't do anything to address these issues. I regret paying the rent and trusting their initial promises.
