Great location and beautiful heritage house! Unfortunately, there has been much reno/construction going on recently including Sundays, not great for wfh and having a good rest.

The customer service at Hmlet Emerald Hill is terrible. They never respond timely to any inquiries and are unhelpful when issues arise.
