Went there at about 11am to settle loan matter. When reached, no customer is at the counter (there are 2 counters), and I should be serve immediately. However, after I got my queue number, I still waited for 5 min while the 2 staffs at the counter were just chatting non-stop. They didn't even bother to look at the queue number. Finally, one of them called my number and started serving me. The whole process took less than 10 min. If they were not chatting, I could have settled my loan matter in less than 5 min. Very disappointed with the service.
