Totally unresponsive. Literally a year to get answers. Please do not employ them.
Work in this company was a nightmare. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. I had to chase them for answers for months and when I finally got a response, it was not satisfactory.
I would not recommend this property management company. They are slow to respond and do not take their responsibilities seriously. It took me months to get a simple question answered.
