The blocks are apart and not in close clusters.. Serene, clean and simply 4 storeys. Don't feel claustrophobic. Near to amenities, CC, market etc
I have lived in High Oak Condominium Housing complex for over 20 years and overall, it has been a pleasant experience. The low-rise condo features a small courtyard pool, which is nice for a quick dip on a hot day. The parking garage can be a bit tight, but I never had any issues finding a spot.
