i call there to ask if a black strap was available and it was. the time to rush from T2 to T1 after i have told them i am coming to buy i was not available anymore ! a problem of sku and the strap was just sent back to the warehouse will i was rushing. interesting do you think so ??

The staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked for assistance and they ignored me. It is not the type of service I expected from a luxury store like Hermes.
