Called for a simple replacement of toilet flush system. Was quoted 75-95 bucks on the phone and was suddenly told that it's 155 bucks when at my house. My elderly parents were the ones who received the plumber and his assistant. When 1 out of 2 flush systems was installed, it was declared. At first, I was told ‘use it for a few days’. A few days later, it negated to its ‘faulty’. What an excuse. Took an hour to replace a float valve. Eventually, I sought help from another team and got it repaired at 140 bucks, inclusive of a change of 2 sets of ballcock systems and float valves. The problem found was outlet leaking as the outlet pipe wasn’t nozzle correctly. I paid a total of 155 bucks for a job that is only worth 40-45 bucks. My parents were deceived. They are elderly folks in their 80s and they don’t haggle as they know nothing about DIY repairs.

I was amazed as the service was super fast. The plumber came in the morning and explained the details patiently on the toilet bowl replacement. Within the same day itself, they replaced it for me within a few hours and there isn't any crack on the new toilet bowl. Overall, I was satisfied with their work
