Had the worst experience with this customer service. I originally selected deep clean because I wanted a thorough clean including windows and cabinets. When they told me that they were not available for a deep clean for the whole of August, I asked if they could at least do windows and cabinets, and they said they could. On the day of the cleaning, the cleaner arrived and told me that she is only allowed to do basic cleaning and cannot clean windows and cabinets. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated as this was not what I was promised. Will not be using their service again.
