Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with HelperGo House cleaning service. The assigned helper did not show up on the scheduled date and time, causing a delay in my moving-out process. When I contacted HelperGo for assistance, they were slow in responding and did not provide a satisfactory solution.
I have engaged HelperGo House cleaning service multiple times and have always been satisfied with their service. The cleaners are punctual, thorough, and professional. They pay attention to detail and ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard. Highly recommend their service.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by HelperGo House cleaning service. The assigned cleaner was unprofessional and did a poor job in cleaning my apartment. There were many missed spots and the overall cleanliness was below my expectations. I would not recommend this service.
