Bad experience. Staff who answered the hotline gave wrong info. If she doesn't know her job, why is she tasked to answer phone calls and giving misleading and wrong info? She also kept saying to refer to the website. Then why have her to answer the phone calls?
Friendly counselor. Staff try to make a relationship with you and eases into the conversation very delicately and professionally.
Terrible service. The staff was rude and unhelpful. It felt like they didn't even care about the problems I was facing.
Helpful and understanding. The counselor I spoke with was empathetic and gave me valuable advice on how to handle my situation.
Inefficient organization. It took them ages to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, it was not helpful at all.
