I called IMM outlet 5 times to cancel order to due last minute emergency (5 minutes after I placed the order). No one picked up my call. Even calling other outlets in hopes they can assist to get through them - the staff can't even help …
We ordered at 1955, expected delivery was 2035. When we called to check on the delivery, their phone was completely left unanswered. It's now 2105 and we've tried to get an update multiple times. We're not even sure if the food is coming? Or preparing? Or cancelled? Absolutely disgusting service standards.
