Pressure cooker used only twice in 6 months, gasket failure. Fissler brand. Poor service, now I understand why it is rated 1 star.

Probably the worst customer service ever. I will never ever enter their shop again. Rude and dismissive, especially the older lady. They list many brands but none of them exist. They then claim they only do wholesale. Do not visit unless you want to leave feeling angry and infuriated

I had a Fissler pressure cooker that I had only used twice in 6 months. The gasket failed and I took it to Heap Seng House for repair. However, their service was extremely poor. I understand now why they have a 1-star rating. I do not recommend their service.
