Very good pinpoint and deep tissue body massage. Without telling him where my problem areas were, he could immediately isolate the areas and work on them. There are no frills, no oil, and just a towel thrown over your body (with clothes on, of course). The massage was effective and helped relieve the tension in my muscles. The facility is small but cozy, and the overall experience was good. I would recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, especially on weekends.
