Apologize for anything if I am getting trouble with you, I have not intentionally to do so but i have suggestions to you staff boy who received my first call to you, especially who on/off your phone, it sounds really like and it makes a bad feel. Anyway, I am alright right now please guide me what should I do for my next visit. Thank you very much for anything comfortable till now.

I was there on 27 Mar Monday morning - it was very crowded and staff had to alternate between registering patients and issuing medicine. Non stop action and continuous never ending queue. Tall lady with hair in a bun - kept saying thank you for waiting. Best thing you get an appointment on line. Poor souls standing in line complaining about easy way where you dont wait long. In the end you can say the whole healthway is beeping for something and no consideration for people.
I had to visit the TCM clinic in anchorage once and it was TERRIBLE! Wait time was 4 hours! Staff were not friendly, even rude! Will definitely not return! I rather visit the emergency room!

This female doctor is very rude and arrogant. I brought my mother to see when she was not feeling well and she was sarcastic with her remarks. Will never come back here again.
I walked in and saw Dr. Tan who seemed disinterested in my issues. He prescribed some medicine and sent me on my way without much explanation. Not a good experience overall.
