Visited this clinic only for Swab & Stay Home (SASH). For a weekday morning, there was a continuous stream of patients. Despite calling beforehand to make an appointment, my wait was very long and took an hour (from arrival to getting the test done). While the staff were friendly and apologetic, there was insufficient manpower to handle the influx of patients. The setup of the clinic is not ideal for testing (in my layman's view) as there is no clear separation between different areas of the clinic. E.g. The swab area is situated right next to the consultation area, making it quite noisy when people are talking or when a baby is crying. Also, toilet is located outside the clinic and one needs to take turns to use it, so there was a queue forming.
