Came here for pre-employment checkup, the process flow is confusing, sign-up, registration, admin all under one registration counter and no proper signage. When queue number call for registration, I don’t know which side to go.
Poor experience. 2 people cut queue at level 2 pre- employment counter and nothing was done by the staff ;1.6m ,tanned skin and plump female staff and served 2 people who cut queue with long queue behind. Upon my turn,instructions were also not clear. Handling was not efficient.Happened on 27 April 22 at around 2:35pm.
Came in for health check. Xray departments made lady clients held their outfit and bra on hand while queuing for xray. When enquired whether the built-in lockers could be used, the answer given was that it is ‘just for a short while so …
