Is there anything lower than 1 star? The worst experience ever. I have been a customer for 28 years and if anything, the bank has regressed in technology and quality. Staff constantly change, high net worth customers are treated terribly and the red tape and paperwork is ridiculous.

Is there anything lower than 1 star? The worst experience ever. I have been a customer for 28 years and if anything, the bank has regressed in technology and quality. Staff constantly change, high net worth customers are treated terribly and the red tape and paperwork is ridiculous.
They take forever to respond to inquiries and the waiting time is extremely long. It's frustrating and unprofessional.
The customer service representatives are extremely rude and unhelpful. They don't seem to know what they're doing and it's a waste of time dealing with them.
The facilities and amenities are outdated and poorly maintained. It's not a pleasant environment to be in.
