Called to check on leaking faucet, turns out it's not from the faucet but water dispenser tube leaking. Deal was $50 for inspection and no charge if repairs were to carry on but charged us $80. Technician did a bit of cutting and left without giving a receipt. Texted to send a picture receipt but no respond.

Ask for quote drain choke but i was told that they can only quote on site. After visting on site, i was quote for sgd150 to unblock the pipe with a normal way which is using a stick with and rubber to push the clogging oil over the main …
