The staff there is very rude towards customer very bad service
The worst service that a member of the public can receive! When we booked an e-appointment, we stated about what type of enquiries we have (mortgage). After taking leave from work and going in the morning on 28 Dec 9am, every query we asked was answered with another question! The staff there was not helpful at all and seemed annoyed by our presence. It was a complete waste of time and we left the office feeling frustrated and angry.

She also provided two charts on how the mortgage receives are computed and the table on the servicing ratio. It’s well explained in plain English. Highly recommended for that Malay lady.
