Came here to change parking coupon, already got appt, still need to wait for 45 mins. What's the point of making appointment then? Might as well walk in. The uncle who walked in was served and finished much earlier than me. The way they work is really so slow.
There is one chinese old aunty (at the service counter) who is very rude and impatient. Talks high and mighty, thinks she own the world and we owe her a million dollar. Talked down on us, questioned our purpose of coming down with her …

The customer service was excellent. They were very helpful and friendly.
The facility was clean and well-maintained.
The overall experience was good. The staff was efficient and the atmosphere was relaxed.
I had to wait longer than expected for my appointment, but the staff was apologetic and tried to accommodate me as best as they could.
