The staff is rude. Didn’t let me look slowly, kind of rushed to ask me which size I needed and directed me to the counter.. and during payment she didn’t give instructions or saying any word, not even a “thank you” …
This is worst store ever in the whole Singapore ! The exchange policy the management is HORRIFIC! I never encountered this after 10 years in SG! Poor staff does the best they can with a terrible management!
