Good service delivered on time as promised. Prices do seem high but I've never altered another jacket before so, maybe that's just how much it costs.

I've had mixed results with other tailors so I thought I'd give this a shot. I show up two weeks after and the tailor tells me he doesn't have them ready. I came to pick them up a week later and there was still so much to fix. I had to keep coming back and forth for 3 months until they finally fit. Definitely not worth the money.

I called and explained my situation and they were able to squeeze me in for an emergency alteration. The staff was professional and accommodating, and they did an amazing job with the alteration. My gown fit perfectly and I felt beautiful for the shoot. I highly recommend Haute Alteration for any urgent alteration needs.

The service here is terrible. Not only are the prices exorbitant, but the tailors are unskilled and the alterations are poorly done. I paid a lot of money and my clothes ended up ruined. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at Haute Alteration was disappointing. I had a jacket that needed altering and the tailor said it would take a week. I came back after a week and they hadn't even started on it. They made excuses and promised to expedite it, but I ended up waiting another two weeks. When I finally got my jacket back, it was poorly done. The stitching was uneven and it didn't fit properly. I will never go back to Haute Alteration again.
