Order online through lazada. After 5 days still havent ship my item. Not even thematic day or big event. Customer service of social media platform only copy and paste or generic answer, Not even apologize! No plan to do anything? Just let it be? What a terrible company and ecommerce team. All the google review also not reply. Hai..ya!

Facilities and amenities were subpar. The waiting area was crowded and uncomfortable. The staff were not helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting customers. Overall, a very poor experience.
The customer service and staff at Hasbro Singapore Pte. Ltd. Corporate office were unprofessional and unhelpful. I had an issue with a product I purchased and they were unable to assist me. They even responded with a generic answer and did not apologize. It was a very disappointing experience.
The initial impression and atmosphere of the Corporate office was not impressive. It felt outdated and cramped. The overall experience was below average.
I had to wait for a long time at the Corporate office before I was attended to. There were no reservations available and the wait time was frustrating. It was not a pleasant experience.
