Worst customer service ever. Very rude phone operator who didn't bother to check delivery address (despite me calling in to inform one day before) and insist that it is customer's fault because they did not double check and miss out in the record. Extremely sarcastic. If you don't want to spoil your day, don't deal with them

If you are looking for affordable balloons and supplies. Do come here, they have everything at a reasonable rate. I often ordered from their shop for my office parties and house parties. Delivery is always early and quality of the balloons are there.
