First ever google review from me :) I definitely have to write a good review for the remarkable service of Happy Town Pets. I made a wrong order for beef & hoki via shopee, my cats actually can’t eat fish. Only realized my mistake after receiving the items. Store owner offered to exchange or refund for me immediately and were super helpful throughout the process. They kindly offered suggestions and advice on what cat food to get for my cats too, which was super thoughtful. Very prompt and friendly response. I definitely would recommend this place for its excellent service!
