The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with a traditional coffeeshop vibe. The Hokka Yong Tow Foo and beef ball noodles are my favorite, although the prices have gone up to $5 per bowl which is quite high. Despite the higher price, the restaurant is always packed and crowded, indicating its popularity. I would give it an overall rating of 8.3 out of 10.
