Hearty bowl of beef noodles. Their gravy and soup is superb, the thick and gelatinous type filled with umami. The beef slices are really tender, beef balls have good texture and resistance. They add a dash of sesame oil on the top, which really adds more depth to the whole meal. Soup is thickened, and on the sweeter side.
