When open the service is nice but couple of times have found them closed with this board, very unprofessional and incompetent.
Staff were friendly but suggested me totally different medicine which I shouldnt have taken. (Asked for smatec, then she recommended me antacid saying it s the same, when they are not substitutes)

When I visited Guardian Health & Beauty at Lavender MRT, I found that they were closed a few times with a sign that said 'Sorry, we are closed'. I was disappointed with this unprofessional and incompetent behavior.
The staff at Guardian Health & Beauty were friendly, but I had a concerning experience. I asked for the medicine called Smatec, but the staff suggested I take antacid instead, claiming they are the same thing. I later found out that antacid is not a substitute for Smatec. This advice was misleading and could have had negative consequences on my health.
