I had my trip last week, and they didn’t inform for bus stop running(said bus crashed). I’m waiting at bus holding area and keep waiting. Until exceed the boarding time45mins later, officer tell the coach company informed trip has been …
My trip was from S'pore to TBS, KL. Bus left S'pore on time. Comfortable seat. With free Wifi. Lunch stop was at Yong Peng for 20 minutes. By the time the food arrives and eaten a few spoon the 20 minutes were over. Overall a pleasant trip with a good bus service.
My trip is from KL to Singapore...the bus safety and hygene is good but overall experience was meh. Paid a bit more for the entertainment inside the bus that we cannot even use it at all.

Forced us to take refund and ask us to buy new ticket by ourselves. After almost 1hour only they prooffed(my manglish) new tickets. Company can cancel a trip but cannot cancel seeing family. Hopeless.
